Return Policy – Foto Carpi SA

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If needed, you may request to return products purchased under the following conditions:

1. Return period
   Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date of product receipt.

   • The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

   • Returns will not be accepted for items that are opened, used, or missing original packaging/accessories.

   • Reason for the return

   You will receive confirmation with instructions for returning the product.

3. Shipping costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or delivery errors.

4. Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and verified.

   • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
