The conditions of website Foto Carpi SA

1 Introduction.
Foto Carpi SA operates an online store at the web address www.fotocarpi.ch. These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products of Foto Carpi SA. Any natural or legal person who does business with Foto Carpi SA is referred to as a customer.

2. Shipping

Goods travel at the expense and risk of the recipient. 
By selecting Post A or Post B shipping with tracking you accept the inherent risks. 
If tracking shows that the package has been deposited with the recipient, Foto Carpi SA accepts no responsibility. Therefore, we recommend Post A with Signature shipping.
Transportation damage must be reported to Foto Carpi SA's e-mail service at carpi@fotocarpi.ch within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. If the delivered material is not in perfect condition or the packaging has external damage, the delivery should only be accepted with reservation. End-customer orders are processed by total deliveries without exception. 
If you are not at home, the postman may leave your order outside your door. Unfortunately, this is something we have no jurisdiction over. If you do not want your delivery to be left outside your door when you are not home, please inform Swiss Post in advance by telephone (0848 888 888, or e-mail kundendienst@post.ch). Swiss Post will record your preference in its system.

3. Scope of terms and conditions
Deliveries and services of this online store take place exclusively under the conditions specified in the terms and conditions in the version valid at the time of entering into the contract. The current and binding version of the terms and conditions is published at www.fotocarpi.ch.

The products, services and prices published on www.fotocarpi.ch are considered an offer. This offer is always subject to the (resolutive) condition of non-delivery or incorrect pricing (by the manufacturer or Foto Carpi SA ).
Slight color deviations of the products are possible due to different screen settings and exposures and do not represent a defect.

Foto Carpi SA assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information. Foto Carpi SA constantly strives to keep the availability information correct and up-to-date. However, delivery delays cannot be excluded due to production or delivery snags or incorrect stock data. All delivery time information is non-binding and without warranty and may change at any time without notice. If a product can no longer be produced or delivered, delivery may become completely impossible.

7. Pricing
All prices in the catalog are in CHF, including VAT, and are ex our warehouse. Prices may be changed at any time. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are calculated separately.

8. Order and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places the order through the online store. The customer is informed of the receipt of the order by an automatic e-mail confirmation. The receipt of the automatically generated confirmation does not contain any guarantee that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the order placed has been received by Foto Carpi SA and that the contract has been concluded. The contract is subject to the subsequent condition of non-delivery.

The contract will be terminated immediately and without the involvement of the customer if any of the above conditions for termination occur. The customer will be informed immediately of the termination of the contract.
